Howdy folks! I'm Dana, Customer Success Onboarding & Enablement Manager at Lacework!

Hi Lacework Community!

My name is Dana Kahn, and I live in Raleigh, NC. I have been with Lacework for about a year, and am currently focused on onboarding, enablement, and engagement for Customer Success associates.

A big focus area for me is ensuring that all of our teammates are given the tools and strategies needed to give our customers the best possible experience with Lacework. In addition, I build programs and processes to help ensure that we have an awesome culture that keeps our Lacers energized and engaged.

I am always here to chat if you have any experiences that reflect a need for us to create enablement for our teams. Also, if you have experience in one of the above-mentioned areas and want to share best practices, I am all ears!
